How to motivate employees for work

 



 The nature of working environment have been changing as years passes by. This is because with each new generation of people they start to adapt to new methods in how they deal with problems that are handed to them. Perhaps it is safe to say that people are emotionally dependent rather than the outcome that is being brought. The older generation would see this clash of younger generation as a sign of weakness, perhaps, but i would argue it is this time where many possibilities at which workers are able to explore not only the traditional way and concepts of work but also the creative side of it. The motivation for employees to become interested in working for an employer depends alot on how the company is being run or managed. They need to feel secure as their job prospect are not to be jeopardize by upper management new system at managing the employees work schedule. Employees wants to work for a company that doesn't stifle them in terms of their everyday life balance. They have to have a balance work life so as allowing themselves to become a more productive worker with their basic needs are met. People work in order to survive but if their basic personal responsibility such as family, medical needs, children education and even time for themselves are contradicting, the employee status would suffer. Motivation with incentives such as overtime work that guarantee for a better wage would motivate the employee to work harder as they are given the recognition for their extra efforts compensated. Employees needs to be rewarded with better working options such as the employee discounts for retail and even parking lot set for them. This boost the confidence of the workers that they are able to identify with the company they work with and put them in a strong position as to propel the direction of their work according to the compliance of the company. The company needs to make the workers feels appreciated by giving empathy to the workers if they have a really bad day over the reason of personal such as an injury incident or a lose of working clients. Employer should give constructive criticism to improve the condition of the workers.

 In order to get the best out of the employee, the company should allow for the experienced and the ones who have contribute to the development of the company a promotion. This is a symbol that the employer values all the days that the employee have given to the company and the sacrifices they made are well worth rewarded. With the promotion system employees would devote even more time and effort in order to gain the recognition they yearn and to improve their life from working. This also allows for retaining the employees to the company as to prevent from them leaving to the other rivals who may offer a better position if the worker does not show a sign of progress in the current career. The company should give their attention to the details of well being of their workers and the effects of making the workers feeling overwhelmed which can be too natural too occur in competing in the market. The company can instead offer a free vacation trip for any worker who had paid their dues to be eligible to go on a company trip that can enhance the workers mood and increase the bond that is within the company culture. Company culture for employees is that they need to learn to grow within the company they work with and be a valuable asset which will be given, as long as the company keeps them happy and having a vision that is strongly committed to the growth of their employee
