 Alright, i'm not gonna lie, i have no idea what tech is all about, its wordy, complex and elaborate to the point of geekdom. But what can i say, it's always nice to try something new something different even if it means going into something unknown to me that is. So Intel corporation a global multinational company that works to provide components and hard wares for the ever growing and importance of computer framework to function. With every two years stated by moore's law the capacity of technology doubles and with that short time frame companies such as google, apple, intel, nvdia, oracle etc become the giant avatars spearheading technological advancement frontier. Intel is an American multinational corporation that was started in july 18 1968 by a semiconductor specialist named Gordon Moore who coined the Moore's law, Robert Noyce and Arthur rock a venture capitalist. The company is hailed as one of the main drivers of Silicon Valley transformation of the world's high tech technology. It's headquarters today is locate in Santa Clara, California  where their engineering and architectural networking goes through the building connected globally. It's contribution to the global market in terms of technology are widespread like IBM company. It used to have developed the x86 series for instructional coding that is to be found in most personal computer(pc). The company's active focus in heavily invesment on the latest microprocessors have changed the landscape at where we find our computer hardwares such as SSD, microprocessors, motherboard and other electronic components that we used in the past and to this day. 

 Intel is a very powerful technology company that dominated the mircroprocessing during 1990s and a pivotal point maker that launches the computer industry to a modern landscape. They were known as aggressive and used to play anti-competitive tactics to their defense in making sure that the market position for the company is held strongly discouraging even to the point of eliminating the competitor from getting into the game. Though today we have anti competitive law acts to prevent such monopolizing company from acting beyond the scope of necessity, Intel learn to play along with today's trust law which brought them more lucrative opportunity but also strong competitors, one of them was AMD a company that was miraculously brought from the brink of collapse to become a titan of microprocessing becoming intel top competitor. Intel is globally accepted widely known as developing the countries that they operate this includes those from lower income nations. The revenue that the company receive just in 2022 was 60 billion us dollars where the net income was 8 billion us dollar. It has a total of 130 000 employees with a total asset of 180 billions us dollars. It is a grand company that plays significant role in the developing of computer world and the world itself and it will continue to be a strong asset that indicate the growth of the computer industry in making a real difference in our world to come   

Golden age of entertainment

 

 Today we are blessed by the heavens for we are living in a world where television are no longer the standard pay to cable that only shows reruns but through streaming platform that gives us power and wealth. Why do i say such a bold statement and how does streaming companies make us more wealthier? Wealthier in experience over time. This is because we today have the ability to watch any shows that we want without having to meet the time of watching the show on a particular set of date or time. Once the tv shows have been aired we can stream and watch it as much as we wanted to. How many times only depend upon the time we have in our hands. This is the ideal frame work at which people are able to enjoy their shows without having to juggle through work, family and responsibility. We all have a dream show we wish to finish watching and for me those days of cable made it impossible to watch with the show that was on showing was the broken reruns that is repeated several times a week. That means if a person wishes to watch a new episode they would have to wait next week and even months till it is aired or maybe never. It is even killer if the one show episode you want to watch was interrupted with other things going on in our real life. Only to never see that opportunity of finishing the show complete. My frustration of the olden days about tv cable airing shows gotten to hugely disappointing review if that was ever gotten to express in those days. But now we can really watch the whole tv sets of shows as much as we wanted to. The newer generations have no idea of how lucky they are to be born today and how hard it was for a good tv addict such as me to be able to enjoy to the fullest to what the tv media content could ever produce. Sure one can say you can just buy the show if you want but for me to fork out hundreds of bucks for a single season of friends have made me so angry and dissastified not until tv streaming become a thing did i finally have my faith restored.

 Today the streaming world have grown substantially, this is due to the fierce competition of tv companies creating contents that would serve the growing segments of their subscribers. Through streaming people are able to watch their favorite show on anytime making it a life saving ability for some tv enthusiast such as myself. The giant companies that are in part in these streaming world are led by the US mega companies namely Netflix, Disney plus, HBO MAX, Amazon prime, Paramount plus, Iqiyi and even local media companies. The streaming industry have ways to go before it can solidify itself into the main method of which people started to watch tv shows. People who are visionary such as Bob Iger who brought Marvel, Star wars, National geographic and Pixar to Disney will lead the way into this glorious new future. The age of streaming will always be remembered as the renaissance of cultural tv and the format for future tv airing to come. Not to discredit the cable tv companies but it's difference in terms of value with streaming is absolute and i would hope that the cable tv would also develop a way for them to improve their business strategy as to contribute to the ever growing success of the tv and film industry. French fries

  The standard side dish for the palate of a restaurant food dining, french fries the food that makes people wanting more. This is a meal that is happily combine with combo such as kfc 2 chicken and a water with side dish of french fries. The familiarity of this meal is so common in our today's restaurant makes it more accepted by the common consumers as they would even buy a set of meal including the fries but with extra sauces and sizes. There are presented with many condiments such as chili sauce which are plenty different in itself. Some restaurants have their own mixed of condiments when they serve the french fries through several of listed in the menu. The size of french fries is that it is limited to the menu of the restaurant given to the customer such as large, medium to small but for those who are more enthuasistic for the food would buy from the grocery store that sells frozen fries. The frozen french fries are ready prep and only needs to be heated a few minutes until it is cooked and than one can dine in into the deliciousness of its delicacy. Though it isn't complete if fries doesn't follow with the correct sauce that heightens the taste and that will be to the choice of the consumer to purchase the right ones. It can be an enjoyable activity to test new recipe of making french fries more delicious to eat as the test produce can be incredibly rewarding.  French fries is a term known in north american english but in enland it is called chips, also finger chips in indian english. It is a batonnet or allumette cut deep-fried potatoes with origins revolving western europe. The method of the cut of the potatoe is that it is evenly strip to form the cylindrical shape, afterward they are dried and lastly going through the process of frying in a deep fryer.

 It is served hot with soft or crispy texture when they are eaten during lunch or dinner or even breakfast whenever the consumer choose. It is one of the most commonly served food in restaurants, pubs, diners, fast foods and food trucks. They are further mixed with mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar and tomato sauce or any special condiments that a person would want to choose as their favorite mixed to the dish. The modern style of having a french fries is by heavily involve it with loaded fries with chili cheese fries, barbecue sauce and even sweet poutine. French fries can baked in an oven fries that uses less of oil or none. There are variations of todays fries namely used curly fries, steak fries, crinkle cut fries, waffle fries and shoestring fries. A french fries meal can be made even at home by simply heating it from frozen food or made it from scratch. Yes there are videos on how to do just that online and i would recommend if there is a more information to be gather here would mean for the consumer to learn in the websites specialized in french fries recipes. How to be creative

 

So what does it take for a person to be a creative artist or designer? In my opinion not much with doing the grunt work but more of inspiring and passionate work. This leads to people being more creative and making things more simpler to take in things into a new project. Creativity is a skill anyone can develop and hone overtime they will be able to add flair in all the things that they do. So the question is how does one being able to develop this harmonious skill? From my research there are several results that i can recommend for people to read and use upon which in no way for people need to be hurried in order to become a genuine artistic developer but a more calming and smoother transition to a higher level in creative arts. The first one i would to improve your creativity mind is through jotting down the ideas that are thought to be interesting and unusually clever in its delivery. It can be a cat riding on a motorcycle or a pencil with an arm and legs trying to cross the road. Any idea will do, you can then start by connecting those ideas with more fresher things that are symbolically relevant to the real world such as a bird flying into the car seat and changing it into a badass birdmobile and stuff. The second one is to be reading up on materials that are foreign to your area of knowledge. If you haven't read the book about ugly duckling when you were a child or the more crazier science fiction novel where a second ice age would occur to exterminate half of mankind, then be sure to do that. You don't have to read all to the books you can simply read the synopsis and dabble a bit in a few chapters of the books and then extract what you have learn from it. Is it the fact that the police were the ones who are involved in the covering of the crime case or is the one making the decision actually being used by another hidden mob boss to get away with their intergalactic trade or whatever you could come about. Just remember to not go overboard or you would kinda be bordering the line of crazy town. Just be light and gain new knowledge to make your world of creativity be more inspiring for you.

 Thirdly, you can also be part of the community of creative makers such as involving the artistic world through social media. This can be a great source to where you develop your ideals and hopes to express your daily dose of creative essential. You don't have to write your story that much but you can share it with your fellow friends. I recommend to do online roleplaying if you want to get the best out of your story writing in a fictional set being contribute with other people. There are many websites that make online roleplaying story such as larp online where you and other members contribute their story telling with an emphasize on the world building they create. It truly is astonishing what a person can imagine if they had the right set of tools to help them. Lastly you should ask questions about how things are being made such as how do the trees grow into a giant tree or how various animals are created differently and how they survive in the wild. Learning how the construction of our modern world can be a set of asset that unleashes our creativity to a new paradigm and if we are to build the knowledge and skill of our creative side we should continuosly if not once in while learn something new to benefit ourselves personally and our working life.

How to motivate employees for work

 

 The nature of working environment have been changing as years passes by. This is because with each new generation of people they start to adapt to new methods in how they deal with problems that are handed to them. Perhaps it is safe to say that people are emotionally dependent rather than the outcome that is being brought. The older generation would see this clash of younger generation as a sign of weakness, perhaps, but i would argue it is this time where many possibilities at which workers are able to explore not only the traditional way and concepts of work but also the creative side of it. The motivation for employees to become interested in working for an employer depends alot on how the company is being run or managed. They need to feel secure as their job prospect are not to be jeopardize by upper management new system at managing the employees work schedule. Employees wants to work for a company that doesn't stifle them in terms of their everyday life balance. They have to have a balance work life so as allowing themselves to become a more productive worker with their basic needs are met. People work in order to survive but if their basic personal responsibility such as family, medical needs, children education and even time for themselves are contradicting, the employee status would suffer. Motivation with incentives such as overtime work that guarantee for a better wage would motivate the employee to work harder as they are given the recognition for their extra efforts compensated. Employees needs to be rewarded with better working options such as the employee discounts for retail and even parking lot set for them. This boost the confidence of the workers that they are able to identify with the company they work with and put them in a strong position as to propel the direction of their work according to the compliance of the company. The company needs to make the workers feels appreciated by giving empathy to the workers if they have a really bad day over the reason of personal such as an injury incident or a lose of working clients. Employer should give constructive criticism to improve the condition of the workers.

 In order to get the best out of the employee, the company should allow for the experienced and the ones who have contribute to the development of the company a promotion. This is a symbol that the employer values all the days that the employee have given to the company and the sacrifices they made are well worth rewarded. With the promotion system employees would devote even more time and effort in order to gain the recognition they yearn and to improve their life from working. This also allows for retaining the employees to the company as to prevent from them leaving to the other rivals who may offer a better position if the worker does not show a sign of progress in the current career. The company should give their attention to the details of well being of their workers and the effects of making the workers feeling overwhelmed which can be too natural too occur in competing in the market. The company can instead offer a free vacation trip for any worker who had paid their dues to be eligible to go on a company trip that can enhance the workers mood and increase the bond that is within the company culture. Company culture for employees is that they need to learn to grow within the company they work with and be a valuable asset which will be given, as long as the company keeps them happy and having a vision that is strongly committed to the growth of their employee

Family outing

 

 The days when we are tired after a hard days of work or when the time to spend holidays during a school break, family outing is definitely a bonding ritual that one can make with family members. During the peak holiday season such as school breaks, family recreational can be a great source of fun and entertainment. Who doesn't remember the time they spend with their parents and siblings basking on the fields such as recreational parks and if there are any water source nearby they may be able to add an extra fun activity making it more memorable. When the father teaches their children about how to setup camps and the mother providing cooked foods for the whole family allowing the young children to grow up with the environment that reminds them of the closeness of kinship a family can be. For me personally family outings have always been a tremendous fun where me and my siblings would gather around and play mini games and have our father being the referee to decide the rules and who will be the first to get our mother's bake lasagne. Remembering the old past times had me thinking of how this growing up stage in a person's life can be a profound influence in my life. I remember the little bits memories when i used to go picnic with my family in the parks and my siblings would play catch the ball. When we are nearby a lake and when there is a boat ride we would always rent one and try to outmatch one another all day long. The summer never fades from our childhood. I also remembered about how i would catch the warm gentle breeze that rushes through the skin whenever my family had a camping trips during and after our walks and family dining at the park.

 Family outing is a reliable activity where one can strengthen the relationship of a family by simply spending time with one another. One can enjoy leisure time with family not just by bringing them to the recreational parks but it can also be when they went on a ride in a theme park where they can experience a whole immersion that is suitable for the family such as Legoland and water parks. Here they can reach out to their family members and relatives to meet up at the weekends and make some wonderful memories together. With the arrangement of family outing one can make games during the trip such as i spy something and the parents will reward the kids for successfully participating and getting the right answers. Many of our plans may need to be pushed due to jobs or unforseen circumstances happening and therefore, we should make the most of things when we are able to make family outing a reality. I think family outing is a symbol of family wealth as it not only help the families to enjoy their time but also able to reconnect with members and make a strong and even lasting impression on the psyche of the family members especially for young children. The truth and the matter is family outing can be a rare occurence nowadays with jobs being taxing the parents and children who may or may not want to join in and would rather be out with their friends makes things difficult to achieve. But renewed family bonds will lead to something far more special than a person's individual activity as family will always be there for you during tough times and the good.
