Each wanting to have the cake to be part of their national identity, and from my perspective such a beautiful design and taste of such mouth watering cuisine i can't blame them to wanting to own it. The Pavlova is made of a crispy meringue crust, with a touch of light fruit filling and whipped cream topping that makes it and excellent course for anyone to take the bite. The origin that Australians had claimed was that it came from a hotel that now today have since closed known as Perth's Esplanade Hotel.
